"I would love to see an article on hypothyroidism. Over 20 years ago, after several miscarriages, I was put on natural Armour thyroid extract because I was told I had an underactive thyroid. After five very early miscarriages, I successfully carried through with my two pregnancies (one a twin pregnancy). We are delighted with the response to a study that claims the number of Americans that adhere to these five healthy lifestyle habits: exercise at least twelve times monthly, eat five or more fruits and vegetables daily, maintain a healthy weight (BMI of 30 or less), mild alcohol use, and no smoking, decreased from 15 percent to 8 percent over the last eighteen years.

e asked our clients and eNewsletter subscribers a simple question: Do you adhere to all five of these healthy lifestyle habits? Not surprisingly, the results were extremely positive.

As of the publishing of this newsletter, 74% said Yes and 26% said No. I'd say we are bucking the trend!
